I don’t think I could have done this without the help of Marco. His service has been impeccable. Sure some of the US Docs can be requested on your own and living so close to the county recorders office I was able to do just that, but when it came to the docs from Italy Marco was there to do the research and get everything needed. You quickly learn just how wrong information from your 85 year old grandmother can be sometimes 🙂 In fact this whole process has been a great Family History journey as well.
I am looking forward to finalizing everything with the LA Consulate in June of this year which was another thing Marco handled perfectly. The whole calling and paying per minute scared the heck out of me just to set up an appointment. He had an appointment all set up for me in minutes with the consulate.
On top of all these great services Marco went above and beyond by helping fill out the forms necessary to register our children with the consulate and get them Italian passports as well. He made an appointment for us and excited to get our 4 children’s passports next week.
You do this on your own… probably but in the end knowing everything is being handled for me while I go on with my daily life is worth the very reasonable cost of Marco’s services.
