Our most requested service is our “Executive–Full Service” which consists of an A-to-Z service. If you choose our Full Executive package, our specialists will provide you with the following:

  • Unlimited consultation;
  • Full assistance (beginning to end) in the process of preparing the applicant’s file which will be handled directly and exclusively by an Italian expert in dual citizenship;
  • Set-up and management of the applicant’s appointment with the Italian Consulate;
  • Genealogy research;
  • Retrieval of all the records (in Italy, U.S. and anywhere in the world) needed to apply for Italian citizenship;
  • Handling of the legalization process of any US records (Apostille, Emendavit etc.);
  • Professional English>Italian translations of all the records as required by the law;
  • Preparation of all the forms to be filed by each applicant together with his/her records (a minimum of 3 forms for each applicant are needed, and in some cases even more because several generations are involved);
  • Passport request and registration with A.I.R.E.

The Full Executive package, therefore, allows you to benefit from a “turnkey” service. You will only be required to sign a few forms, provide us with your IDs, occasionally forward us records received in the mail, and we at ICA will take care of preparing your application and ultimately mailing you your citizenship kit. All you are basically required to do is authorize us to work on your behalf and attend your appointment.

Step by Step Package

This package is designed for individuals who wish to take an active role in preparing their citizenship application. More specifically, by choosing this package you will be guided throughout the application process by one of our dual citizenship experts (including guidance on how to deal with potential amendments and on how to obtain apostilles).

In particular, we will provide you with the following services:

  • Unlimited consultation;
  • Set-up and management of the applicant’s appointment with the Italian Consulate;
  • Genealogy research;
  • Handling (beginning to end) of the process of preparing the applicant’s file which will be handled directly and exclusively by an Italian expert in dual citizenship;
  • Guidance on retrieval of all the records in the U.S. and anywhere in the world needed to apply for Italian citizenship;
  • Procurement of Italian records;
  • Assistance with the legalization process of any US records (Apostille, Emendavit etc.);
  • Professional English>Italian translations of all the records as required by the law;
  • Preparation of all the forms to be filed by each applicant together with his/her records (a minimum of 3 forms for each applicant are needed, and in some cases even more because several generations are involved);
  • Passport request;
  • Registration with AIRE.

In other words, rather than acquiring all the necessary records in the US we will guide you and walk you through the acquisition process by providing thorough instructions via email (and telephone). This package is intended for people who have the time to handle all of the required steps in the process of acquisition of all the necessary US records (under our guidance) and consequently wish to be more involved in the process. We will of course still procure Italian records, offer Italian translations and help you prepare your final “citizenship kit”. This package is evidently less expensive than our “Full-Executive Package”

Assistance Package

Have you started the process but don’t know how to move forward with the completion of your “citizenship portfolio”? If that is the case, just ask us to take over the reins and we will collect all of the remaining documentation that is required to apply for dual citizenship. Of course, in the end, our fee will depend on how many documents you can provide.

This package includes (as a comprehensive package) all the basic services you need to complete your “Italian citizenship portfolio” and specifically any needed services in the list below:
