Chiara completed her studies in modern languages for international communication and cooperation at the University of Padua, where she specialized in English, Spanish, and German.

Before joining ICA, Chiara worked in education as an English teacher and gained experience as a translator.

In her role at ICA, Chiara assists clients in retrieving vital records that need to be registered via Italian consulates in the U.S. Her expertise lies in applications for vital record registration and A.I.R.E. registration, streamlining the process for clients.

During her leisure time, Chiara enjoys travel and photography, and is also passionate about literature and watching original language TV series.

ARIANNA ZAGOLIN

Arianna graduated with a degree in foreign languages and culture for tourism and international commerce from the University of Verona.
Arianna also studied for one year at the University of Birmingham, UK, and became proficient in English and acquired further language skills.
While living in the UK, Arianna also worked for an interpreting and translation agency, and during this time gained valuable experience and professional insights on the translation process.

Arianna is fluent in English and Italian.

At ICA, Arianna specializes in assisting ICA’s clients who become Italian citizens with the registration with the A.I.R.E. and passport application, ensuring that all the required documentation is retrieved and application forms completed correctly and without discrepancies.

In her leisure time, Arianna loves taking pictures and exploring new places with her dogs Napoleone and Alba.

ELISABETTA BASTIANELLO

After obtaining her BA degree in languages, literature and cultural mediation from the University of Padova in September 2021, Elisabetta travelled through Europe, including Spain, Slovenia and United Kingdom, and volunteered at various projects with both children and migrants, delivering workshops and managing events for non-profit organizations. 

Elisabetta is fluent in English, Italian and Russian. She is also learning Spanish and Korean. 

At ICA, Elisabetta assists ICA’s clients who become Italian citizens with their registration with the A.I.R.E., and supports clients in the passport application process, preparing the application and collating the documentation required for submission.
Elisabetta makes customer care central to the process, and is always available and responsive to clients’ requests

In her leisure time, Elisabetta loves to travel and also has a passion for dance.  

GIULIA BALLOTTA

Giulia holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and Literatures from the University of Padua. Before graduating she spent one year studying at the University of Birmingham, UK. During her time in the UK, she mastered her expertise in foreign languages and participated in international university programs centered on international law. 

Giulia is fluent in English, French, German, and Russian

At ICA, Giulia is a valued member of the team and responsible for conducting thorough genealogical research needed to establish clients’ family lineage and assisting clients in retrieving the vital records that are required for citizenship by descent applications.
A further aspect of the role is to work with clients, other agencies and professionals to amend any discrepancies in documentation to ensure it is ready for submission.
Giulia is a specialist in the final stages of support, which involves assisting ICA’s clients who become Italian citizens with the registration with the A.I.R.E. and passport application. 

In her leisure time, Giulia loves reading, spending time with her dog Lyra, and listening to opera music. 

LORENA DRAGULJIC

Lorena holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics, with a focus in “management of sustainable development” from the University in Rijeka, Croatia.

After graduating, Lorena worked in a bank and specialized in credit card business and communication. 

Lorena is fluent in English, Croatian and Italian.

At ICA, Lorena manages citizenship by descent applications and assists clients in the retrieval of vital records, assesses and amends any potential discrepancies, and is an expert in the legalization process of foreign records.

Lorena also specializes in assisting ICA’s clients who become Italian citizens with the registration with the A.I.R.E. and passport application.

In her leisure time, Lorena enjoys spending time in nature and travelling. Her favorite hobby is making cakes and cookies for her family and friends.

ISABELLA STOCCO

Isabella holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and literatures, with a focus on English, Spanish, and French literature. She has always been fascinated by foreign cultures, art, and genealogy.
During her undergraduate studies, Isabella took part in an Erasmus traineeship program and relocated to La Coruña, Spain, where she furthered her education. Before joining ICA, Isabella worked as an English teacher at a primary school and taught foreign languages to adults through different online platforms.

Isabella is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

At ICA, Isabella guides clients from the initial steps to the very end of the process, carefully verifying the specifics of each case.
She conducts genealogy research and guides clients through the phases of retrieving, legalizing, and translating all necessary documents for their citizenship applications. Finally, she assists clients in the last step: registering with the A.I.R.E.
Isabella deals with various aspects of the dual citizenship process and is very meticulous when reviewing her clients’ documents. She is particularly involved in genealogical research, even in challenging cases with limited information. One of her favorite aspects of her work is uncovering and providing clients with previously unknown details about their family trees.
Isabella also guides her clients through the process of requesting an Italian passport and codice fiscale (tax code), preparing instructions and liaising with Italian consulates in the USA.

In her free time, Isabella loves traveling, reading, cooking, and above all, she loves cats.
