We can help you to pursue your right to Italian Citizenship via the Italian Courts. ICA has a team of seasoned attorneys that can represent you before any Italian Court.
Whichever type of petition for Italian citizenship, ICA can assist every step of the way. This includes assistance with 1948 cases and “against the queue” cases (including individuals who were unable to obtain an appointment with the consulate).
This service is also offered to those whose application was arbitrarily rejected by the Italian consulate.
The ICA legal team will review your case in detail, along with any documents you have already procured, providing tailored legal assistance services. If needed, our dual citizenship experts can retrieve the necessary records from Italy and the US on your behalf, that are needed to support your citizenship claim.

Executive Full-Service Package
Our service fee includes representation in court and procurement of all the necessary vital records and supporting documents in the US and Italy.
With our full-service package, you will enjoy a turnkey service and we will handle all of the required steps in acquiring the necessary documentation. Finally, we will provide the court with your Citizenship Portfolio.
Step by Step Package
If you do not have all the necessary documents but you would like to collect them independently, we can guide you through retrieving all the necessary U.S. records and apostilles so as to make sure that you retrieve the right records as swiftly and as efficiently as possible.
The hearing takes place in the court which covers the jurisdiction of your ancestors’ municipality, however, you do not need to be in Italy to attend. In fact, one of our lawyers will represent you in court and file your petition on your behalf.
ICA will also manage post-recognition assistance, such as registration of the final judgment, registration with AIRE, and passport request.
Any members of your family (brothers, sisters, uncles, cousins, etc.) who have the same Italian ancestor may be able to join the lawsuit.
