Step by Step Package
If you do not have all the necessary documents but you would like to collect them independently, we can guide you through retrieving all the necessary U.S. records and apostilles so as to make sure that you retrieve the right records as swiftly and as efficiently as possible.
The hearing takes place in the court which covers the jurisdiction of your ancestors’ municipality, however, you do not need to be in Italy to attend. In fact, one of our lawyers will represent you in court and file your petition on your behalf.
