RESIDENT PERMIT FOR SPOUSES OF ITALIAN CITIZENS
If you have an Italian spouse, you are entitled to a residency permit for spouses of EU citizens. The permit will allow you to reside in Italy longer than the 3 months permitted for non-EU citizens. This permit has a 5-year duration and is renewable.
