It’s been an amazing and simple process thanks to the ICA team!  It would have been far too confusing to otherwise navigate.  They truly took the extra step; to avoid confusion, Antonella or Lara constantly handled things on my behalf, scheduled appointments, even printed all documents necessary to move forward.  Safe to say this would have been far too daunting without their hand holding.  Thanks for everything : ) & so exciting to have this deeper connection with Italy. 1000% recommended!
