
Dora was born in Rijeka, Croatia. She holds a master’s degree in international business from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka.
During her college years, she worked for various companies in client-facing settings. It allowed her to develop strong communication and organizational skills.
Dora has also completed a course for an EU project manager at PAR Business School in Rijeka. She learned about the structure of available EU funds, institutions, and EU project financing policy. It helped her learn how to develop ideas and corresponding activities, successfully write a project, analyze goals and stakeholders in the project, create a logical matrix, prepare a quality budget, and adopt rules and procedures for reporting projects. This opportunity increased her communication skills and abilities. Dora prides herself in her leadership and team spirit.
At ICA, Dora specializes in researching a family’s lineage and retrieving the required foreign and Italian documents in support of clients’ dual citizenship applications.
She enjoys playing video games and spending time with close friends in her free time and is fluent in English and Croatian.

Valentina holds a bachelor’s degree in translation and interpreting, with a focus on English and German language and culture. Her passion for international politics led her to pursue a master’s degree in international relations. During her academic journey, Valentina studied international regulations, with a particular emphasis on international organizations and human rights.
During her undergraduate studies, Valentina had the opportunity to intern in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, which allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of diverse cultures from around the world.
At ICA, Valentina provides comprehensive assistance to our clients throughout their application process. This includes carrying out genealogical research, reconstructing family histories, and gathering all the necessary legal documentation for case submission. One of her responsibilities is to ensure that vital records are legalized under the requirements of Italian authorities.
In her free time, Valentina enjoys traveling, cooking, and watching sports. She has a strong appreciation for art and literature from the early 1900s.
Valentina is fluent in Italian, English, and German.

Ivana holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is fluent in English, Italian, German, and Croatian.
At ICA, Ivana is passionate about helping clients in their journey to dual citizenship, and provides a comprehensive range of services including vital record retrieval and genealogical research. The meticulous and methodical approach Ivana employs ensures that clients feel supported at every stage of the process.
In her leisure time, Ivana enjoys staying active through workouts, and playing video games.

Elisa grew up on the Island of Sardinia. She moved to America where she obtained a master’s degree in business administration and marketing. Elisa spent a decade in Connecticut and New York City before relocating back to Italy.
At ICA, Elisa’s expertise lies in retrieving vital records and assisting clients with dual citizenship applications. She communicates with various offices in the U.S., handling phone calls and inquiries from both ICA’s offices and U.S. departments.
In her leisure, Elisa passes time with her family and enjoys reading, taking long walks, and savoring the breathtaking beaches of Sardinia.

Ana has a degree in languages, literature, and cultural mediation from the University of Padua, Italy. Her specialist area of study was in international economics and law.
Ana has exceptional linguistic skills, and is fluent in five languages: Romanian, Italian, English, French, and Russian. Ana has also worked as an English and Russian teacher.
Prior to joining ICA, Ana gained experience as an accountant and hostess in Venice, where she worked in the sales and events industry. It was here Ana cultivated her organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
At ICA, Ana plays a crucial role in guiding clients throughout the citizenship process. She assists clients in retrieving essential documentation from both the U.S. and Italy, and facilitates the legalization of these documents with Apostilles, and providing translation services.
In her leisure time, Ana enjoys travel, foreign cuisine, and exploring new destinations.

Martina pursued her passion for languages, earning a degree in Linguistics from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. There, she studied translation and interpreting between Italian, English, and Spanish. In her final year, Martina studied at the University of Màlaga in Spain, focusing on translating and interpreting from Spanish to Italian.
Martina obtained a master’s degree in Languages for commercial trade from the University of Verona, where she continued to expand her linguistic expertise by studying economics and German.
As a member of ICA’s genealogical team, Martina assists citizenship specialists in uncovering vital records of clients’ ancestors. Martina is responsible for liaising with Catholic Dioceses across the U.S. to facilitate the retrieval of sacramental records, often replacing lost civil documents.
In her free time, Martina loves to travel and immerse herself in diverse cultures, in order to embrace and experience different lifestyles.

Chiara has had a passion for languages since childhood, ignited by reading books and watching films and television shows in English.
At university, Chiara studied translation and interpreting for security and social defense, with a focus on the English language, while also studying the Russian language.
During her studies Chiara also specialized in international relations and diplomacy, further expanding her linguistic repertoire by adding Spanish to her studies.
At ICA, Chiara is responsible for professional genealogy research for clients whose cases are particularly complex due to lack of information regarding the Italian-born ancestors. Chiara’s understanding of legal matters and extensive knowledge in the field of genealogical research, means Chiara can assist clients in determining their most effective pathway to obtaining Italian citizenship.
In her free time, Chiara enjoys reading, cooking innovative recipes, and going for long walks.

Ilenia was born in Italy to an Albanian family. As her family is bilingual, she fell in love with foreign languages when she was a child and decided to pursue this passion in high school where she studied international relations.
Ilenia graduated in 2023 from the University of Ferrara with a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and literature, and is currently completing her master’s degree in translation studies from the same institution.
Ilenia speaks fluent Italian, English, Spanish, German and Albanian.
Ilenia leads ICA’s team of genealogists, and is an expert in studying and tracing the history and of families while reconstructing their family trees. Ilenia’s team at ICA is responsible for professional genealogical research, which includes the search of both Italian and foreign vital records, civil and religious.
Ilenia regularly collaborates with churches, dioceses and other governmental institutions in order to retrieve the required documentation.
In her leisure time, Ilenia enjoys fashion, traveling and being with her dog.

Isabella was born in Caracas, Venezuela, to a Venezuelan-Italian family. She completed her high school years in Caracas before moving to New Jersey, USA, to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing at Caldwell University.
Isabella lived and worked for a period in Panama, before relocating to Italy.
Isabella is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. In the future, she hopes to extend her languages to include Portuguese and German.
As a genealogist at ICA, Isabella is in charge of researching her clients’ family history. Her team specialises in conducting extensive professional research to recover vital records, religious certificates and, in general, information related to the immigration of her clients’ ancestors to the U.S.
In her free time, Isabella enjoys trying new food from other cultures, meeting new people, learning new languages, and taking small trips to nearby places.

Shannen was born into an Italian-Mexican family in Mexico. She relocated to Atlanta, Georgia when she was two years old, and remained there until she completed high school.
Shannen returned to her native country to finish her university education, and relocated to Italy in 2021 with a desire to reconnect with her Italian heritage.
Shannen graduated from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla with a bachelor’s degree in international affairs. During various internships, Shannen gained experience in consular protection while working for the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Affairs.
Shannen speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
In ICA, Shannen works with challenging and important cases as a member of a skilled and professional genealogical team. Shannen specializes in retrieving information and documents needed for citizenship applications, which requires extensive research and co-operating with other agencies and professionals
Shannen is fond of traveling and during her free time she enjoys the arts and fencing.

Valentina achieved a bachelor’s degree in languages and literature from the University of Verona. Valentina then obtained a master’s degree in modern languages for international communication and cooperation from the University of Padua.
During her Master’s degree, Valentina participated in an Erasmus education and cultural program in Germany.
Valentina is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
At ICA, Valentina conducts genealogical research using online databases, the objective being to explore and examine the client’s Italian family lineage and determine eligibility for citizenship by descent.
Valentina provides constant assistance to clients via email and phone consultations, and helps them identify the best path through which to apply for Italian citizenship.
In her leisure time, Valentina enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
